PRIVATE INTRODUCTIONS TERMS
Introductions are handled privately.
Introductions are reviewed privately and do not create an entitlement to payment. Where appropriate and approved, any introduction fee or commission share must be agreed in writing in advance, is subject to eligibility and compliance review, and becomes payable only after transaction completion and receipt of the brokerage’s net commission.
Introducers do not advertise property, provide real-estate advice, negotiate, collect funds or perform brokerage activities. Phoenix Homes Real Estate Brokers L.L.C. may decline an introduction, including where the person is already known to the brokerage or consent cannot be verified.
