This policy explains how personal information is collected, used and protected when you contact Private Branded Residences or Phoenix Homes Real Estate Brokers L.L.C.

1. Who we are
Private Branded Residences is an independent advisory platform. Real estate brokerage services are provided through Phoenix Homes Real Estate Brokers L.L.C., ORN 26497, Office 11C04, I Rise Tower, Barsha Heights (TECOM), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Information we collect
Details submitted through enquiry and Private Introductions forms; information sent by WhatsApp, email or telephone; residence preferences, budget, purpose and timing; limited technical or campaign information such as device, IP address, referral URL, UTM parameters and GCLID when measurement tools are enabled; and, where consented, interaction data such as page navigation, clicks, taps, scroll depth, device and browser details, and technical errors. Microsoft Clarity session replays may be used only after optional analytics consent.
3. How we use information
Respond to enquiries, assess requirements, provide relevant availability and guidance, arrange follow-up, operate and secure the site, measure campaign performance, prevent misuse and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Private Introductions
An introducer must have the prospective buyer’s express permission before sharing their details. We use introduced details only to review and respond to that introduction. The prospective buyer may ask us to stop contact or delete the information.
5. Sharing
Information may be shared only with Phoenix Homes personnel and authorised service providers needed to operate communications, forms, hosting, analytics or client management, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity, or with competent authorities where required. Personal information is not sold. Forms and consent controls are masked from Clarity. Recordings may show cursor movement, taps, clicks, scrolling and navigation; we do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages or other form-field content to Clarity.
6. Retention and security
Keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, a continuing client relationship, dispute prevention or legal obligations; then delete or anonymise it. Use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, while no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
7. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the UAE. Use providers and safeguards intended to protect information in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Your choices and rights
A person may request access, correction or deletion, ask for processing to be restricted, object where applicable, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Choosing Essential only prevents Clarity from loading. Optional analytics choices may be changed through the site consent controls or browser settings when enabled.
